London Borough of Brent secures internal IPT

London Borough of Brent (LBOB) secures internal IPT by selecting ALM as their Single Sign-On client for CUCM.
They are using ALM because of the simple implementation and flexibility of the application. London Borough of Brent also requested an additional feature to be added to ALM to automate the logon of Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC) aligned with their phones login.
