Don’t forget to request your ALM5 license

Earlier this year, we announced ALM5. The newest ALM release is more user-friendly and intuitive. Configuration is simplified – also for large-scale deployments – and the system management functions have been improved.

Already many existing customers downloaded the latest ALM version from our Customer Service Center (CSC). We however noticed some confusion with respect to the licensing. To test or deploy the new ALM software, existing customers do need a new license. This license is free for existing customers and can be requested via licensing@rsconnect.net
