With the new release of Cisco Communications Manager version 14 we received multiple questions at our support desk asking for support of ALM PRO in combination with Cisco’s new CallManager release.

Is ALM PRO supported when using CUCM14?

We are pleased to inform you ALM PRO is supported in combination with CUCM 14, from version 5.5 and up.
