ALMPRO and (Zero Trust) Zscaler

Many companies implement a Zero Trust Policy within their network infrastructure.

Zscaler Client Connector version 1.3 and later includes a packet capture feature (driver) that allows users to capture traffic specific to the Zscaler app. This packet capture driver may interfere with the Automatic Phone Detection (APD) process of ALMPRO.

In some cases, testing has shown that after installing/enabling Zscaler Client Connector has caused ALMPRO not to be able to detect the daisy chained Cisco IP Phone.
